Hey there! I'm here to help with all things baby-related! From infant care and feeding to sleep routines and age-appropriate activities, I've got you covered with virtual demonstrations and guidance. I can also share insights on postpartum recovery and self-care practices, including nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being.
If you're transitioning to solid foods, I can offer assistance and promote healthy eating habits. Let's talk about sleep - I'm a sleep doula and can share strategies to help establish restful sleep patterns for both the baby and parents, considering common sleep regressions and developmental milestones for 4-8 month olds.
Need help managing household tasks, meal planning, and daily routines? I've got practical advice for you! I'm all about educating parents on infant development, milestones, and essential parenting skills through virtual resources and evidence-based information. Addressing issues such as fussy babies, colic, reflux, lip and tongue ties and recognizing allergy and skin-related concerns
Parenting while being neurodiverse and parenting children who are neurodiverse - ADHD, Autism
Multiples (twins)
Using a holistic approach by integrating alternative modalities like naturopathic and herbal medicine, essential oils and various therapies such as massage, chiropractic, craniosacral, occupational, pelvic floor and myofacial.
