Safe Sleep Guidelines

Safety first, folks! Remember the golden rules:

  • Back is best! Always place your baby on their back to sleep.

  • Choose a firm, cozy crib or bassinet with a snug mattress.

  • No fluffy stuff! Keep fluffy toys and loose bedding out of baby's sleep space to keep them safe and sound.

Ideal Room Temperature

Think Goldilocks: not too hot, not too cold—just right! Aim for that sweet spot between 68-72°F (20-22°C). Pro tip: dress baby in light layers and consider a cute sleep sack if they need a little extra warmth. Let There Be (Dim) Light

Lights, camera, action! Keep things low-key at night with dim lighting to help your little one know it's sleepy time.
