Hello there! As a fellow parent, I understand the challenges of taking care of a newborn, including feeding, sleep routines, and infant development. That's why I'm here to offer virtual support with interactive demonstrations and personalized guidance. I also know how important it is to take care of yourself after giving birth, so I'm happy to share tailor-made tips on nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being for this exciting phase of parenthood.

If you're navigating the ups and downs of breastfeeding, I'm here to provide virtual assistance and share techniques for a positive nursing experience. Need help with transitioning to bottle feeding or introducing formula? I've got your back. And when it comes to getting some much-needed shut-eye for both you and your baby, I've got great sleep strategies that are perfect for newborns and infants up to 4 months old.

Let's not forget the practical side of things – managing household tasks, meal planning, and daily routines can be a juggling act. I'm here to offer friendly advice to make the transition into parenthood as smooth as possible. You can also count on me to share insights into infant development, milestones, and essential parenting skills through virtual resources and evidence-based information.

Baby Care Skills:

  • GETTING YOU MORE SLEEP - Infant and maternal sleep consulting

  • Addressing issues such as fussy babies, colic, reflux, lip and tongue ties and recognizing allergy and skin-related concerns

  • Parenting while being neurodiverse and parenting children who are neurodiverse - ADHD, Autism

  • Multiples (twins)

  • Using a holistic approach by integrating alternative modalities like naturopathic and herbal medicine, essential oils and various therapies such as massage, chiropractic, craniosacral, occupational, pelvic floor and myofacial.

What you’ll experience:

  • Advice on postpartum self-care, nutrition, and emotional well-being. I'll provide personalized strategies to support you as you navigate the postpartum period and help you thrive.

  • Provide remote help with nursing techniques and to troubleshoot any common concerns to make sure your nursing experience is a positive one. I can also lend a hand with supplementing, transitioning to bottle feeding, and introducing formula.

  • Provide guidance, strategies, and support for promoting healthy sleep patterns for both baby and parents, often using demonstrations.

  • Provide practical advice on managing household tasks such as cleaning, meal planning, and balancing daily responsibilities while caring for a newborn and supporting your postpartum recovery.

  • Provide engaging resources with reliable information to help parents learn about infant development, postpartum recovery, and essential parenting skills.

  • Provide recommendations and virtual connections to lactation consultants, support groups, and wellness services to ensure parents can access essential resources from the comfort of their home.
