Sleep Foundations Package
$425

This sleep foundation package is ideal for families who are unsure about sleep coaching but recognize that their child's sleep could be improved. After an evaluation, you will receive tailored recommendations to help encourage the best possible sleep for your little one. This will allow you to decide whether sleep coaching is truly necessary.

Package Includes:

  • Sleep Foundations Call (1-hour Zoom): we will rule out any underlying factors affecting sleep & sleep hygiene and foundation recommendations.

  • Customized Sleep Foundations Plan: This written plan outlines EXACTLY how to get the best sleep possible without sleep coaching. Your written sleep foundation plan is customized for your child and includes the following:

    • Strategies to encourage sleep and learning day from night

    • Creating a healthy sleep environment

    • Reviewing age-appropriate sleep and eating needs

    • A day-to-day schedule

    • Tips for day and nighttime sleep

    • Create a consistent yet flexible routine that fits your family’s needs

  • Phone/Video Follow-Up Calls: 4 calls - Up to 30 mins each.

  • Unlimited email support: 4 weeks.

Basic Sleep Package
$650

This basic package will work well for families ready to make the necessary changes to support their child in better sleep. After a full evaluation, we will discuss the sleep foundations that need to be put in place before sleep coaching. When ready, we will meet again to create a sleep coaching plan you can feel confident about implementing. Follow-ups are crucial to the success of this plan, so you’ll receive follow-up support!

  • Sleep Foundations Call (1-hour Zoom): we will rule out any underlying factors affecting sleep as well as sleep hygiene & foundations to implement before sleep coaching

  • Sleep Plan Consultation (2-hour Zoom): We will discuss all the sleep coaching options and create a comfortable plan you can be confident about!

  • Customized Sleep Foundations & Coaching Plan - So you know EXACTLY how to prepare your little one for sleep coaching & a sleep coaching plan you can feel good about! Your written sleep plan is customized for your child and includes the following:

    • Times for teaching your baby the difference between day and night

    • Strategies to encourage sleep

    • Creating a healthy sleep environment

    • Reviewing age-appropriate sleep and eating needs

    • A day-to-day schedule

Ultimate Sleep Package
$1450

This all-inclusive package is designed for families who want to be as gentle as possible. I recommend working on sleep hygiene (adjusting environment, feedings, and naps) for 1-2 weeks prior to starting sleep coaching. You will also have in-home sleep consultation and support to start your plan off well.

Package Includes:

  • Sleep Foundations Call (1-hour Zoom): we will rule out any underlying factors affecting sleep and sleep hygiene & foundations to implement before sleep coaching.

  • In-Home Sleep Plan Consultation: I will come to your home for your sleep consultation, where we will discuss all the sleep coaching options and create a comfortable plan you can be confident about!I will also perform a room safety check, sleep environment evaluation, and method and technique demo.

  • Customized Sleep Foundations & Coaching Plan: So you know EXACTLY how to prepare your little one for sleep coaching & a sleep coaching plan you can feel good about! Your written sleep plan is customized for your child and includes the following:

    • Times for teaching your baby the difference between day and night

    • Strategies to encourage sleep

    • Creating a healthy sleep environment

    • Reviewing age-appropriate sleep and eating needs

    • A day-to-day schedule

    • Sleep techniques protocol

    • Tips for day and night time sleep

    • Create a consistent yet flexible routine that fits your family’s needs

  • In-Home Sleep Doula Support: I will come to your home for the first night of your sleep plan, providing up to 4 hours of hands-on expertise and support with your sleep method and technique. If you’d like more help in the first few nights of sleep coaching, you can add more sleep doula support; ask about availability!

  • Follow-up Support:

    • Follow-Up Phone/Zoom Calls: 6 phone/zoom calls - Up to 30 mins each

    • Unlimited email support: 6 weeks - Send me your questions and daily sleep logs for review. Expect a response within 24-48 hours of receipt.

    • Unlimited Voxer Text & Voice Messaging: 6 weeks - Immediate help when you need extra support with naps, bedtime, or overnight. (Reasonable use applies within business hours)

Add-on Services:

  • You can add on a week of Voxer text and voice messaging to your package for immediate help with nap and bedtime timing. Reasonable use applies within business hours.

  • Add this if you prefer an in-home consult with your basic sleep package. This includes a child room safety check, sleep environment evaluation, and a method & technique demo.

  • Whether you have twins or a sibling you’d like to sleep coach as well. You can add them on to your current package. Can only be added before our initial consult.

  • Not feeling confident implementing your sleep plan? No problem. I got you covered! Based upon availability, I will come to your home and help you implement your sleep plan overnight. We can work as a team or you can go sleep while I take over for you! Minimums: 8 hours for overnights and 4 hours for day.

  • If we’ve already done a sleep consult with me but things have changed enough that we need a whole new plan.
